    Training? -Members

    Hey Srl-citizens,
I was wandering where are some good training spots. PLEASE before you post bare the things in mind:

    1. My defence is only 45, and I am looking for monsters that hit "very" low.

    2. I am looking for monsters that give quick xp.

    3. My combat is 87 and strength 96.

    4. I'm looking for monsters with high hp as I can hit high.

    5. NOTE: Yes rock crabs owns, but I need a place to macro.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hmm...

If you were level 60 I would say Minotaurs, but since you aren't try other monsters in Security of Stronghold. Namely Fleshcrawlers, Ankou, and Giant Spiders.

Maybe just Fleshcrawlers since your defense is low.

The experiments are a real good place to train.. the highest they hit is 1, and they have lots of hitpoints with low def.

    It's a winning combo!

    h):

I think you have to have done priest in peril quest to get to the experiments but it's easy.

Here's a link to the quest guide:

Id have to say experiments, so that even if your computer glitches and freezes your programs you wont get screwed over 50 bandits.

You can always try pest control bots. Otherwise, try Giant Spiders at level 3 Strong Hold Of Security. They are really good afk training monsters. Since you have 70def, you can survive for 1hour or more with monks.
Take Combat pots and super def pots for faster exp.
Else, like other said, experiments and rock crabs in waterbirth island are the best to macro
