    Default Options, Options, Options?

Well this really isnt coding related, but I am making a new script and it is a Varrock West Miner, clay miner and softner, and just softner. So basically it has 3 options to choose from to do. I know the script name is kind of confusing so here are the options.

1: Mines any ore in the Varrock West Mine and banks then repeats.
2: Mines only clay and then softens it, repeats.
3: Only Softens clay at the Varrock Square Foutain and repeats.

Now to the point, for option 2, I am trying to find the best way to do this! The two different ways I have come up with to do this is:

Option 2, Option 1:(On the Pic this is the red line) Carry 14 buckets in the inventory, walk to mine, mine 14 clay, walk to fountian, then to the bank.

Option 2, Option 2:(On the Pic this is the blue line)The other way I was going to do this would be a little more complicated, but I think I could handle it. Here it is, bring only pickaxe with you to the mine, mine a full load, walk to bank, deposit 14 clay, withdraw 14 buckets, walk to fountain, soften, walk to bank, deposit 14 soft clay, withdraw 14 clay, soften, bank the 14 soft clay and 14 buckets and repeat.

Here's a picture if you didnt understand the walking.( sorry i did it really fast so I messed up and now you have to scroll ).

The reason I didn't choose myself was because I want the customers to get what they want. But if you wanted to know my personal favorite is Option2, Option 1(red line)

So tell me which one you would like and you can also give me other suggestions!

    Thanks,
    King of the Nites

Do num. 1. There is much less walking involved. Plus it is more efficient (because there is less time to walk). Good luck on this project though, sounds cool.

Num 2 because it has a road on it and will be much faster to walk on

K, Thanks for the quick response. Making the pic made me realize that there was a ton of walking for Option 2, 2. Yea this is an exciting project I have been working on for a week or so. I am basically done with the softening other than touching up a few things.

EDIT* Naum do you mean Option 2, Option 1( the red line) because that one has the most road walking. You said option 2, Option 2(blue line)

EDIT2* I just realized this is kind of confusing so i fixed up the thread a little. Also, if you want you can just post what color line on the pic you want

I would like the option to do half loads of clay and buckets then soften then bank AND the option to do full load of clay then bank half, withdraw buckets, soften and bank again. Also, the idea of an option to bank around 4-6 loads of clay then softening would be nice too/instead.
By reading this signature you agree that mixster is superior to you in each and every way except the bad ways but including the really bad ways.

Silly you, 2 is more efficient because else you have to do another script to fill ehm. als that script would take 2 times again and believe me if you do some maths it is smarter to do 2 because 1 then you walk 2 times and then again to get them to soft.

Thats a pretty good idea, i will take that into consideration.

I don't think you understand what i meant. Those first three options that i listed WILL be in the script. Now the thing I am trying to figure out is for the second option. I am wondering what would be the fastest method of doing that.

Hmm I shall consider, but i really don't want to have 2 different options for the same task. If I don't get many more replies I might just do the Option 2, 2(red line). I really don't want to make it too complex and hard to figure out because I am busy.
