    dont give out free accounts. these are rs accounts right?
    Jagex staff visit these sites, track down those names and ban them after a certain level, then they laugh at your time wasting, but little do they know we don't care cause we can make a whole new army... But seriously if u wanna give out these accounts, do it over msn or yahoo or something.
