Hmm.. the place I tend to train at is the Experiments for the Creature of Fenkenstrain quest in Canafis.

They have 100 HP, barely hit you, and if you find a good world they can be amazing for training.

Well if you're ever stuck in f2p

I would train at 3rd level of Security Dungeon against level 50 giant spiders.

They auto attack you and they're tons.

Bandits are the easiest, you but need either guthans or bunyip. Fastest would probably be killing any undead with salve amulet (e). Training on undead gives me 70-80k exp a hour.

This may sound odd but a really good training spot is the cyclops in warriors guild. They enough hp to last and dont hit much either. Also its really easy to find worlds with few people. The only downfall is getting the tokens but you can get those pretty fast from killing armor

another good place is monkey madness island "ape atoll" and fight the gorillas in the temple( you can recharge your prayer continually... so you can use protect from melee forever) just be sure to bring antipoison because there are little spiders that poison you there.

Well If you have access to GWD and 70+ range and defense, you could try Aviansies. The downside is that you have to range them.
Here is a link to a guide on how to kill them( sythe)

Try doing Slayer, it works for me, cause you train a few skills at a time, and it keeps it interesting :P gl

I have found giant spiders to be great xp, but I have seen yaks recommended everywhere as the best.

This is what I did to get to 70 att from 60 att. I got really lucky and got the whole first part of the cave to myself, never ran out of monsters. Very good place to train.
