    Default halloween

Now lets see if we can get some good gear

Maggie, a travelling witch, has come to southern Asgarnia for the holiday festivities, but she's in a bit of a spot. She needs an enchanted broom to finish her potion but her ox has a cold and can't be left alone. In Swept Away, you'll need to visit several nearby witches on Maggie's behalf – and solve a few puzzles along the way.

While you're in the neighbourhood, why not try out the Holiday Event: a bit of trick-or-treating in Draynor, Rimmington and Port Sarim. The towns are decked out in holiday décor and the villagers have treats to distribute to those wearing a suitable costume. If you're interested in some holiday garb, have a chat with Maggie: she's on the look-out for someone who can do a bit of trick-or-treating on her behalf.

Swept Away can be started by talking to Maggie, who is located south of Falador and east of the Crafting Guild. The quest will be available to all players for two weeks; after this time, it will only be available to members. The Hallowe'en decorations and trick-or-treating will only be available during the same holiday period. Any treats remaining in your bank or inventory after this time will disappear after Hallowe'en.

    More info please.

Quest point achieved upon completion, rewards - and more importantly; is it hard to script?

    *checks out*

Edit: Damn, I cannot find the rewards for either .. D:
The halloween thingy would require too much scripting to be worth it, but can someone just tell me more about the Quest itself?

    How dumb.

Edit2: Too much lame walking involved.
It's sad that those so-called quests always involve walking as 90% of the entire quest.

Edit3: Nauman, it says on the front page that the sweets will disappear when halloween is over.

    Except that you either:

    a) Can't trade them at the moment.
    b) Can't trade them after the event is over.

:/ They won't allow people to have fun like before.

    Quest results:

    - 1 QP
    - 10 bowl fulls of Maggie's goulash (each one acts like a genie lamp)
    - Her broom

You can get more rewards after this by visiting the witches listed.

If you want the Warlock clothing (at least I think it's Warlock stuff), sure. Apparently you also unlock a few emotes too (or maybe I missed out on past ones and was able to get them now).

Do the quest, you get ten bowl fulls of her goulash (like genie lamps), but the event isn't anything special. All you get is an emote and some new clothes.

So the goulash can raise my levels?

    And, what are the clothes?
