    Default SRL vs RSBOT

I want to know which is better. I know some of the basic pros and cons.
I know that you can get banned easier using rsbot because the client is modified.
I am not sure but I think scar is more repetitive actions which also gives you a larger chance of getting banned.
    Overall which bot is better/safer?

I'd say SRL without SMART is better right now (just because of SMART's inconsistent functionality), but both are good options to auto with.

I've used both. I like both. But I have to say, I prefer SCAR with SRL. Probably because I like this community a lot more.

I'd put it at a tie.

RSBot for the functionality - it can do pretty much anything with a bit of patience from the scripter.

SRL + SCAR for the undetectability - A good script(Like, flawless, or as close as possible) used with 8-10 players should NEVER get you banned, even running 24/7.

One day, I got on RSBOT and RS instantly made a file for my username. This doesn't happen for anything else thus proving that RSBOT is the intant-bannaz0r.

The answer is obviously going to be biased on an SRL Forum I haven't used RSBot much myself, so I couldn't tell you, but I'd investigate more pro's and con's for your own best interest.

SRL > RSBot when it comes to community.

RSBot > SRL when it comes to runtime.

SRL > RSBot when it comes to Antiban/Antirandoms.

RSBot > SRL when it comes to perfection/no missclicks.

It's really just up to you.

    1. Agreed
    2. Get a good script and I can run SRL/SCAR longer
    3. They are pretty equal
    4. Equal we now have reflection but with color you can get perfection too.

    SRL Alllllllll the way!
You will never go anywhere and find a community this active, or people that are as helpful and respectable as the people here.
If that sint enough to convince you then just take the time to run a couple of the scripts here such as Narcles Auto Fighter (s) lol, Wizzup has a decent ess miner, more wood cutters then you can dream of lol. I personally just love this forum and the people here.
So clearly, SRL has my vote.

I say its a personal choice... but i choose SRL hands down! RSBot has some pretty good script but they are abused way too much! When a script gets abused, then its makes it easier for jagex to catch people using it.
SRL is better... but I just wish SMART would work better, then I would never have even tried RSBot, and consequently got my wc pure bannned(stupid stupid me!)

Quickmarch: You didn't get banned because of RSBot then. No one gets banned in an hour. It takes at least 24 hours.

It was because of something you did before.

You get another .DAT file after logging in with RSbot. C:\WINDOWS\.jagex_cache_32 & you should see random.DAT & Username.DAT if you logged in w/ RSBot recently.

Dunno if this means it is actually detectable or not.

RSBot's client is modified to do that. It isn't some sort of "detection" by Jagex.

I use both right now, but if smart ever gets totally fixed, rsbot will sit dormant.

When SMART comes back i will be completely satisfied

Scar is not harder to use than RSbot. Scripting in scar is fairly simple to get something working. Whether it has the capabilities to run as long as RSbot is another matter. But for sheer simplicity scar is much easier.
Combined with the clever clogs here, and i feel its better
