Tutorial - How To Unlock ( .rar ) Files!

Today I will teach you how to unlock ( .rar ) files!



First go to http://www.rarlab.com/ .


And now press on....





...Downloads.

Then press on what language you want on the WinRAR.

After doing that you will need to press on the first one.






After downloading WinRAR right click on the ( .rar ) file you want to unlock.



Right Click>Extract All Files.

He/she only has 1 requiement they have to be over the age of 8
(when you start primary school)

You would have to run a brute force cracker on it and leave it running untill it eventually finds the password.

Riffe, you should know this stuff before you know how to sign up for Runescape. Please do not use misleading titles. This guide might be good for people who are using a computer for the first time and don't know how to Google. To sign up for SRL you need an email address and knowledge of making an email address is far superior of installing a single program.

I agree. The flaming is getting old, but if they don't know what a .rar is do you think that they are capable of finding this thread? Would they be able to find it even if it was a sticky?

Note on the tutorial: If you are going to make something really simple like this you should try to make it extremely detailed. If they don't know how to extract a .rar then they are probably pretty computer illiterate and will need things dumbed down a lot... Just a suggestion.

Good point actually. I use rarzilla personally, just double click the .rar and it unrar's it... no mucking around with unnecessary dialogues.
