Default My first perm ban appeal

Allright this is my appeal ofcourse ive spent alot of thought into it, and I think I might get off the hook.
I'm very sorry but I believe Jagex has made a mistake. I have a spinal cord i
njury, of which I am unable to use my arms. Therefore this requires me to use
third-party programs to operate a computer. I use voice software (dragon nat
urally speaking) and also a head pointer(SmartNav 4 AT) to control the cursor
. I am very sorry for any inconvenience I may have caused.
what do you think? i reakon of this goes through ill be able to macro for a lot longer than usual.

If you're f2p you have a 99.9 chance of it not working.

I dont understand why someone with a spinal chord issue and no arms to use would be playing the computer....

but i guess you MIGHT have a chance....

Because they want to have fun?

@OP: Anyway, if they do believe you, you might have a chance. I worked in an Assistive Technologies lab at one point and can confirm that movements made with those kinds of software would definitely seem robotic.

Of course, they may ask for documentation, in which case you're out of luck.

Would asking for documentation be violating someone personal 'bubble'?

Just wondering...like, is it legal for them to ask for those kind of personal details?

Good point. They probably can't. If they don't believe him then he'll probably just stay banned.

Some people have gotten accounts unbanned with appeals like that, but it's all about how low do you want to go. Jagex knows how we act, and they know that to most of us getting a permanent ban appeal denied doesn't mean anything, so they most likely won't feel enough pity for us poor autoers and start thinking about someone's 'spinal injury' in the silence of night...

Indeed i agree...pretty much all they think about is rollin in the moneh...thats why they only update members stuff...

The 'UPDATE F2P' button on Jagex's keyboard is out of date and has creatures living in side of it with cobwebs surrounding it.

Spinal injury is no laughing matter tbh .
If this account has been members, you have a chance.
    If it hasn't, say goodbye.

Doesn't anyone think that Jagex would be trolling these forums for just this kind of thing? Probably you were 100% S.O.L. when you hit "Post Thread"?
