the ability to make bitmaps without going to paint.. eg. make a very basic paint program inside scar that you can make bitmaps with.. with that should be all the colors needed for basic stuff, a zoom, a CROP tool that tells how many pixels length by width wise.. stuff like that

Kaitnieks will finish it when he has time. If people tried to rush me any more than they have been to finish my tutorial project, I think I'd just stop making it.

Most of the time thats because your doing something that lags it, not SCAR itself

SCAR doesn't use hardly any resources GetColor is one of the most laggy functions ever (my fletcher used it instead of FindColor at first. It lagged so bad from all of the GetColors constantly happening that RS would just stop ), so if you use GetColor in any of your scripts, that's a good reason why. There are other procedures and functions as well, I just had a horrible experience with using GetColor in a mass amount. Using GetColor in a script for something a few times doesn't matter though.

So, in short, Sdcit's right. It's more than probably not SCAR, but, rather, your computer.

its nto scar lagging you its your java......trust me i know i do java its handy but java is the one thats making you lag jsut go Ctrl+Alt+Delete and go down to iexplore/firefox and make right click it and give it highest piroty over every thing else and do it with scar as well this way it will run over those ANOYING PROCESS like :system, winlogon, svchost and many others lol.

    It works so yer

nah jive, if it were java, then making ie/ff the highest priority wont do much.. my most lagging problem is adobe gamma loader.. always goes to 99 cpu.. takes 3-5 minutes to even pop up my processes.. END once i get to it..

And how about a linker, that would enable us to make standalone apps!

I think the time has come to compile the list of features and send it to God ermmm Kaitnieks

How much power are we talking about here? I wrote a basic read/write memory plugin a while ago, but it was always a little buggy (Delphi isn't my strong suite).

Also, compilation! I was going to ask if anyone had the SCAR source to try to put such a feature together myself, but if Kaitnieks is still somewhat involved then maybe he has his own ideas on how to do it (and, if not, I think I do).

If you make stand alone apps everything has to be done with forms them. Think of the player array? how would that work?

Star, you'd have to have it work with forms.
