    Default Torrent Help!!

    I hope the is the right section but idk...anyways im trying to download bittorrent and i can get it to work i have downloaded it many times before on other computers. i get an error that says eror in writting. i thought it must just be bittorent so i tried another random torrent downloader and got the same error. i really need to get my torrenting done now becasue i plan on "useing" them for friends during the hoilday. if anyone know a better torrent downloader or a different website then mininova. and thank you very much if you help!

    That's really weird. Torrenting is basically simple. Um, try thepiratebay.org or demonoid.com. Those are pretty good.

    Or just use the program by google called "itorrent" i think. Pretty good.

    BTW: I use uTorrent and it works fine for me

    yeh same as the guy above me, i think theres loads of torrent programs
    make sure you have to other bittorent programs (uninstall) then re install and if that doesnt work on the site like pirate bay it hink u can do this where it says 'download torrent' right click and go down to url drag over the whole url even to end, copy and paste into new tab/window and i find that fixs(or use another way i think like RSS feed or straight from bittorrent

    Agreed. Get uTorrent, doesn't take up as much space as other bittorrent programs. I also use uTorrent. It works wonders.

    For websites use piratebay or mininova - these ones are free
    My favorite website for torrents is demonoid but you got to register and the registry is barely open so you'd need a code to sign up (Unless you get really lucky).

    Ugh, mininova is such a joke...

    I just use frostwire for torrents. It's a limewire alternative. It does take abit of memory, but I just use it because it can run a load of different things =).

    Frostwire = Limewire but open source. I only use Frostwire for individual songs, private bittorrent sites for everything else

    You are going to hear a little bit of the same ... but hey, that happens in life.

    Here is where to get utorrent < http://www.utorrent.com >
    Here is where you get bittorrent < http://www.bittorrent.com >
    - I prefer utorrent.

    Here is a list of different sites ... depending on what you want to get
    < http://thepiratebay.org > - use this for multipurpose downloading.
    < http://www.mininova.org > - this site is a baby pirate bay... and mostly viruses.
    < http://torrentportal.com > - if the above sites don't work, try using this.
    < http://majorgeeks.com > - this site holds the key to many useful computer appliances.
    < http://www.filehippo.com > - also useful for finding software related items.
    < http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.html > - here is where you go to get what you need to have running to make sure you are safe from all trojan infected downloads.

    Code:
    typedef int bool;
    enum { false, true };
