Default Think Star Wars the Old Republic is going to be Good?

What do you guys expect of Star Wars TOR?

I'm expecting a lot for this new game since Bioware is making the third of the Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic series.

Bioware has made many great games like Mass Effect (Game of the Year 2008) and Star Wars KOTOR (Game of the Year 2005 i think?) and others.

KOTOR 1 (Got game of the year)---By Bioware

KOTOR 2 ---By Obsidian. Ok, lot of loose string.

Well now they're releasing Star Wars TOR as an MMO. We'll see how it works out... By Bioware as well.

looks like it has great potential but at the same time could be a complete waste. All depends on how far they take the story line I guess and how much control you have over different scenarios.

I voted worst... but then I hated 2...

#1 was fun for a little while (about an hour), but I don't get any enjoyment from a game you don't really play. All you do is set up what moves to do. I would have been displeased if I had purchased the games instead of a friend.

idk, i'm kinda into those games. And #1 gets much better as it progresses. You should go back and finish it (or did you?). #2 was really bad though, lot of loose storylines.

I fought through until I made it to the Star Forge. The I said "Screw this." I really hated the linear story line. I am a big Elder Scrolls fan so I hate linear to no end. I also hated how much of it was story line and how little was game play. I would sit watching a 15 minute long cut scene (which wouldn't skip) and wonder when I could play the game. (The cut scenes were also way to long and most of them had no point/could have been 2-5 minutes shorter.
