    Shortened your "ColorGet" Procedure a lot

    SCAR Code:
    Procedure ColorGet;
    Var
     TB:Tbox;
    begin
    case position of
      TB:=InvBox(Position);
      FindDTM(Cooking,x,y,TB.x1,TB.y1,TB.x2,TB.y2)
    end;
      Co := GetColor(x,y);
      Ax := x;
      By := y;
    end;

    Good Luck updating this, if you choose to!
