    Default Small Tips&Tricks in PhotoShop.

    Introduction

This is my first tutorial so don't be too harsh ...

This will give you some tips and tricks in PhotoShop which I learnt.

    I) HyperSpace effect.

Create a new Document, any size.

Get your colors like this :

    Or anything approximate.

    Create a new layer.

    Apply some clouds :

    Result :

    Approximately.

Now, pixelate them, go into :

    And choose :

    Result :

Now, you're almost done, go into :

    And take these settings :

You'll end up with this :

    II)Flowers

Create a new document, any size.

Create a new layer and apply a black and white gradient from top to bottom :

(Tip : hold shift while drawing the layer to make it straight down.)

    Result :

Apply some waves, go to :

And choose (approx) these settings :

You should get something close to this :

    Last steps !
    Apply some polar coordinates :

Click OK and you should get something similar to this :

To get different results, play around with wave settings .

    III) Pen Tool

Pen tool is one of the most important tools in PhotoShop you may find it here :

To use this trick, you'll need to have this setting :

Once you have these settings, lets begin.

Create a new file, with any dimensions.

Color your background (unless you have another background) in anything but white (chose black here).

Create a new layer and choose pen tool.

Click anywhere on the canvas, you should get this :

Click Somewhere else on the canvas and while holding down clicked, move the mouse around a bit, you should get a curved line :

Keep going (clicking somewhere on canvas and draging) until you get something satisfying, something curvy and nice .

    Example :

Now, choose your brush tool located here :

    And get these settings :

(Smoother 5 pixel brush if you can't see).

    Get a white color.

Choose your pen tool again and right click on the path (grey line on canvas) and choose this option :

    Take these settings :

Click OK and right click on the path (again) and choose this option :

With my curve, I got a smooth curve .

Experience with different curves, colors, brushes !!! There are many possibilities !

    I'll post more soon .

I don't know, my mom used to use my old computer before me, then a long time ago she gave it to me with Photoshop 6 and 7 on it and I just used it to mess around a little bit, I don't know how she bought it. All I know is I don't have it anymore , so for now whenever I crop my rs screenshots I gotta draw a box around it in paint, then ctrl+c, file>new, ctrl+v, it's so annoying. I wish I had photoshop on this computer.

    Happy you found out.

Just remember : do a new layer for the "magic lines" as you say , else you won't have the "stroke path" option.
