    Please post what you got for the top blanks and what you got for your answer. I'm curious to see if you can figure it out because I can't.. I'm pretty dumb tho. I'll tell you if you're wrong and eventually give you the answer.

    I'm not sure about all of the top blanks, but the answer is 16.

    Um, I wrote a SCAR script to solve it quickly. But to figure it out, here's what you do:
    1. Find all values under 20 that are multiples of two:
    2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18
    2. Eliminate any of those values that divide evenly into 60, which leaves us with:
    8, 14, 16, 18
    3. Find which ones are one off of a prime number:
    16, 18.
    4. Find which one isn't a multiple of 3:
    16
