Well the fact that he's not banned and they say in the video he RWTed items shows that Jagex is like retarted. But really I bet if Jagex opened up a shop in their website for items/gold then they would remove RWT rule and make it say "Do not buy items or gold from anywhere other than the Jagex shop". They would make so much more money if they did that.
