which coding language?

Hey, I dont know which coding language to learn for what I want to do.


I want to hide the start button and the bar etc and then add a Small button, When the small button is hovered over the menu comes up (Across the bottom like on a mac) and when the button is clicked the menu comes up permenantly until the button is re-pressed.
I hope that I explained that well enough.

I think your best bet is to learn C++.

I think I can help you. actually but only with 1 icon (that would be the form) and what would come up is the taskbar.

I am currently learning C++ but I am not very good yet and havent done anything with graphics, Still doing Console Applications etc.

I will gladly accept any help/tutorials/downloads etc.

I think that this would be cool or could be adapted to make links for the SRL forum with things like scar/srl/smart/forum register/tutorial links etc.
