How to Run SCAR on Mac.

I have recently figured out how to do this. And it is really simple.

1. Download Crossover; it is a program that lets you run .exe on Macs, it is available from the CodeWeavers website (it isn't free unfortunately)
-there are ways to get it free but I am not suggesting or telling anyone to do anything illegal...

2.Run the .exe in Crossover by going to file -> open.

3. It will go through all the steps and create a bottle for SCAR, a bottle is basically how Crossover determines what OS would be best for that specific program, so Win98 or Windows XP, etc...

4. After it creates the bottle click the option for Install from File NOT install from folder. Navigate to wherever your download of SCAR is, probably in the Downloads folder from your Home folder.

5. Now it will run the normal SCAR installation like on a PC and then you have SCAR on Mac! yay, next you need to download all the other stuff like SRL.

This might be common knowledge but a thread like this would have definitely helped me!

Seriously, why not use Wine? I run it via wine and everything works perfectly. I can run all the tools etc. Just saying.
