Default The big picture is hard to see

    Ok.
Been reading posts for a few days now. Replying to some general problems with scripts that I have noticed. This looks like a truly commited community, with lots of people actually helping one another. Awesome.

I am versed in many script languages, master of none. I want to participate and develop not just cheats, but a hobby of making really good cheats. I need some advice though.

I revisited RS about two weeks ago, suprised my main was still active. Grabbed some old st00pid's scripts and banged on scar for a few hours, looking to see what hap become of RS after the HUGE updates back last March. Had a hell of time until, I found this site like a diamond in the rough where people actually where helping each other.

The SRL is amazing. It is what i thought the SCAR would eventually need to combat the randoms. I still long for the days of bot ownage though, and SRL is almost there I think.

What I need is a strategy.

I created 22 accounts 2 weeks ago. Set them on wizzups powerminer for a long, long time. About 6 hours each night. Had a few hit 60 range. My goal was to unleash them in the mining guild with his awesome guildaper, but one by one I watched them all get banned.

SO 12 more accounts, this time set them up on the autofighter. I was upset by now at the failure of all 22 lvl 3 mining militia, so i turned these guys loose for like 8 hours straight. Some got banned but not all.

I have a handfull of lvl 20+ accounts that survied the autofighter. Now I am about to unleash them on the powerminer. Then hopefully after the powerminer turn them over to the guildraper.

Is this insane? After roughly 40 accounts i have almost 20 left. My goal is to rape the guild...but I feel like I am a long way from there.
Any pointers? Wizzups intro into his scripts is like the bible for me and am trying to follow it to the "t", but i feel like I'm not appraoching this properly and just need a nudge in the right direction.

Sorry for such a long post, but I am feeling like my efforts are futile.

yes, dont use level 3s, they stick out like a sore thumb and everyone will report you,
scar isnt a java hack which can withstand a report, once your player is reported, its a good as banned unless you play legitematly with it a lot

i think you should use wt-fakawi's goblin scheduler to get you player combat levels to about 20 or so

also, powerminers are riddled with random events because they never move around and drop quite a lot or ores, iv never used them,
but there are some people who do you them very effectivly

i would aim for getting SRL member status and finding a mining collecting script in the SRL members area, until then autofight for combat levels until you are less suspitous

I discovered the Goblin Scheduler and it has been a god send. I kinda of fumbled into the idea that lvl 3's are bad, and started mass producing lvl 20-25 accounts. Thank you for confirming what I suspected.

Was toying with the idea of SRL Membership, looked over the application. Started plotting out a script to write, something along the ideas of a walker-from homeport/wizards tower to Fally. Read over the what the FAQ's and a few noob tuts had to say. Is the whole language Pascal?...looks interesting...but still a little scared to get my feet wet on my own creation just yet. Still learning from what wizzups and wt-fakari have shared in the free area and reviewing the tuts. Many thanks for the free area.

    Again thanks for your input.

Yea level 20 plus is good, at least 40 for guild and yews etc. Also at least 5 accounts at at time to minimize randoms.

It's pretty much pascal, but I think it's better to learn SCAR (especially with SRL) as a separate language, so you don't get stuck in old habits.

40 for the guild!? I guess the math makes sense though. After reading threw the first few pages of the SRL manual I see the strength of MANY vs. One, which is a new way of approaching this. I like it.

New plan is this then: tutorial island for days....read more srl manual and tuts.

Oh one more question...other than the rules to SRL is there a thread that explains the concept "Auto-Correctly" cuz i am tempted to put it in my sig, but hate to be an ill informed representative.

I just pulled 40 out thin air. Just go to a crowded world and look at the average level of people doing what you want to auto and aim for that.

Sure you got most of it I think.
@Many players (how long each plays at a time is another factor, you can set this on some scripts, for example I get no randoms with 7 players set to switch every 5 minutes on tarajunky's chicken killer)
@Combat level appropriate for what you are doing (this is as much for jagex as it is for player reporting)
@Choosing a good world, either so many people you blend in, or so little that you are alone
@Appearance, default clothes stick out like a sore thumb, after the holdiday items, a lot of legit people wear them, so its good camoflauge. Also, don't wear full rune or something cool when killing chickens, people will notice and talk to you about it
    @Name, 27827566xty is bad
@Timing, don't auto for too long on one thing, or get too many levels in 1 week
@Skills, these are easy for jagex to automatically look at, they can make a list of people with 60+ mining and no other skills very easily, so do at least a few
@Trading- The best way to go is make each player independent, not trading with your main or each other. How to trade with you main or each other safely is a whole 'nother topic.

Basically, just act like a legit player.

If you are really paranoid, you can take things further. Like have several armies of about 10 players each, that never interact with each other. Have them set up for different scripts. Each night run a different script, and rotate the armies on the scripts every couple weeks. Do quests, talk to people, play legit, every so often.
