What I mean is somebody download the entire SRL repository (32) and place it into their SCAR folder (like most people have already done). Then compress it and send it to you to uncompress and replace you current SCAR directory with.

What I mean is somebody who has a working SCAR environment with SRL 32 should copy their C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.20\ folder. Then compress it and send it to you. You uncompress it and replace you current SCAR directory with the sent one.
Should work (a re-install of SCAR would help to reset the registry value and settings).

run scar as admin then try clicking Download Srl
