    *realises he did something incredibly dumb to get an easy answer*

    Okay, I figured the first one out :P
    1.
    (x+2)_4=(x-2)_6
    x+2_4 - x-2_6=0
    3(x+2_4) - 2(x-2_6)=0
    3x+6_12 - 2x-4_12=0

    Do the math and you get

    x-2=0
    x=2

    Now, there seems to be something flawed, but I cannot put my finger on it. If you have any objections to how I did this then feel free to correct me

    The Solve for F equation

    c=20
    c=5_9(f-32)
    20=5_9(f-32)
    20=5_9f-17_7_9
    20+17_7_9=5_9f
    37_7_9=5_9f
    37_7_9/5_9=f
    f=68

    Rofl Question 10 is a formula almost

    x=-b(+-)sqrt(b^2-4ac_2a) hahaha

    1. (x+2)_4 = (x-2)_6
    12(x+2)/4 = 12(x-2)/6
    3(x+2)=2(x-2)
    3x+6=2x-4
    3x-2x=-6-4
    x=-10

    2. 4_3x + 5_6 = -2_x
    6(4/3x) + 6(5/6) = 6(-2/x)
    8/x + 5 = -12/x
    x(8/x) = x(5) = x(-12/x)
    8 + 5x = -12
    5x = -20
    x=-4

    3. 5_x + 1_4 = 3_4x
    4(5/x) + 4(1/4) = 4(3/4x)
    20/x + 1 = 3/x
    x(20/x) + x(1) = x(3/x)
    20 + x = 3
    x = -17

    What is your math class called? Geometry? Algebra 2? Calculus?

    not calculus. you'd have to take the derivative

    This is algebra, calculus is way easier
    maybe cuz it's fresh in the mind...but I always had more trouble with advanced algebra over advanced calculus.

    O_O? I'm only in Algebra II, and that seems pretty easy to me (assuming the directions for section #2 are to solve in terms of the other variables, otherwise I don't get that).

    Seems like (maybe upper level/honors) Algebra I to me.
