    400 lines? eh, that's nothing.

    I once went to a store and bought an external drive so I could backup all the code I have created. And I had alot, since I've been coding many many things since I was at least 8 years old. So I copy everything over and delete it on my main hard drive to save space. Guess what happened? Click of death. I had lost every single script, code, program, everything that I had made since I was 8. At the time I was 16. I couldn't believe it, it was so much of my time down the drain.

    lol kinda grave dig but hey i can sympathize with the TC here.

    only i didnt exactly lose the 500+ lines of coding but rather 300+ of it went obsolete when RS updated right after i finished the script.

    SOooo... yeah it stinks...

    In a different module: (meaning running off of a different .exe; an outdated version of SCAR works fine for this)
    SCAR Code:
    program New;
    var
      i: Integer;

    procedure SaveC;
    begin
      keydown(17); //Ctrl key
      keydown(GetKeyCode('s')); //Ctrl+S
      wait(20);
      keyup(17);
    end;

    begin
    repeat
      for i:=0 to 6000 do
      begin
        wait(100);
        if(IsFKeyDown(11) and IsFKeyDown(12))then
          Exit;
      end;
      SaveC;
    until(false);
    end.

    Autosaves once every 10 minutes, and stops when you press F11 and F12 at the same time.

    Works well for me; I get too caught up to remember to save at times. XD

    how would that kill a pc? ^^

    saves once every 10 minutes... (right? ) actually, that could still make me lose 500 lines of code, (IF I were making a form) but yeah...

    100MS waits? No.

    You could make it 600 of 1000MS waits to stress the CPU even less, or just have it wait 600,000ms and stop it manually. :P

    I run this and notice absolutely no change in my computer; the CPU usage doesn't spike either. :P

    My desktop only runs at 2.66GHz...
