Whats going horrible? Is it the anti-random that screws up or your script?

No when ever i get the fish that spits away my equipment i either have to edit my script to stop whenever that happens which wouldnt be good or find a way to make my character run away whenever it sees it. Also my script will just keep trying to fish like a retard with no fishing equipment.

I see. Running away won't help. If it targets you, you have no chance.

But, I think there should be an SRL procedure for that fish random.
If not, just have it check every so often (every 5 secs?) whether the fishing rod/net/cage/harpoon is there. If not, either have it search the minimap for red, walk to it, pick it up, or have it terminate the script.

Searching the minimap for red is kinda ineffective if its a crowded fishing spot and there are lots of people; everyone drops a burnt fish once in a while. Just use FindObject to see wether its in main screen, then make it pick it up.

    It's been a while... but I'm BACK!!!

But it usually spits the equipment off screen which means you would have to walk which findobj doesnt do.

I think the best method would be to:
First, check to make sure the equipment is there.
If it is, then continue fishing.
    If not, then FindObj.
If that doesnt work, repeat click minimap for red, FindObj until you get it.
