    Default Officially Screwed Windows.

My Windows XP Computer is officially ka-put. It still works but Windows is beyond repair and I'm not going to install it again to have the same thing happen.

Making a new Bootable Flash Drive to run from now. Hello Ubuntu!

how can it happen again if you start with a fresh install of xp? Maybe your disk is bad? or hardware problem?

It's a registry corruption. Windows fails and just randomly corrupts. Its happened like 8 times, not virus orientated or hardware orientated, because I havent installed/modified/removed since I bought the computer.

Windows only fails if you are too trustworthy with it. Just boot in safe-mode and fix the registry. There are many programs to do it.

It's not hard to screw up windows. But you had to go and make a whole thread about it...
The jealous temper of mankind, ever more disposed to censure than
to praise the work of others, has constantly made the pursuit of new
methods and systems no less perilous than the search after unknown
    lands and seas.
