    When you scroll down, the smart window will show less frames a second, put it up, more frames a second. This way you can make smart take less CPU preference.

    oh wow, that's awesome I always wondered what it was for also, because I was inactive for a while, then I come back, update my SMART and there's this bar.

    like MK said
    its to change the framerate
    if you put it down it will show less frames per second
    this doesnt mean that the script will slow down it just means that it will display less
    you could also click Disable Graphics which will then change it to 0 frames per second
    i just leave it half way up so i can still see everything at nearly the full frame rate but it also isnt downt eat up too much CPU

    Oh, so its the DISPLAYED fps we change in the bar ?

    I thought lower bar = slower runescape = Script not working well :/

    Actually, the bar is the frames used. As you bring it down, smart passes frames slower. So, be careful with it. It MAY mess up your scripts.

    all scripts i use work fine as long as there it is about 1.5 cm from the bottom...any less and then RS looks laggy
