1.)What genre is the game?

2.)What will be the races/classes?
At this point, we cannot really determine that, except for the fact that we hope to have an abundance of them. In the beta realease there will probably only be humans.
3.)What level of character customization will there be?
This is one of the things I am very big on. I intend to make it so you can customize alot of things about your character. In the orignal plan we where looking at 9,600,000,000,000,000 combinations (my calculater had an error...so I have no idea if this is acurate). Now we are shooting for slightly less than that but still alot (if you want to see all the different factors in creating a character PM me).
4.)What is your stance on Player vs Player?
I personnally love PVP and want it to play an intricite part of the game much like archlord, but on a lesser scale.
5.)Will there be crafting? What kind of system?
As is it will not be in the first beta, we are unsure, but the answer is probably yes.
6.)Is combat going to be real time or turn-based?
Ah, finnaly we come to the combat question . If by real time you mean you fight your opponent with out delay, then yes. But let me tell you now, our combat system will be great. We are trying to make it so that even when training on a chicken, it will be enjoyable. We are developing a new type of Combat System (name is unknown) which will *hopefully* try and keep the players interest when playing. This combat would combine the tactics of a FPS/Console game/selecting your attacks with that of traditional MMORPGs so you would always be interested in the fight. Excpect this "combat system idea" to change, becasue this is just what we are "shooting" for. Also take note, this will definatly not be in beta one, unless a miracle happens.
7.)Can we make guilds/clans?
Yes, we want alot of attention to be on clans/guilds.
8.)Will there be skills/abilities? What kind of system?
Although we have a fairly good idea of the skills in the game/ they most likely will not be in beta 1 (I take that back, a few might be) so we are not ready to release this all yet. But , excpect some new skills that will help customize your character in the means of combat.
9.)Will there be trading? Player shops?
Yes, and yes. We definatly want to have trading/shops.
10.)Can we have houses?
I think we can...I am not completely sure, ask Areithe.
11.)Will there be quests?
Yes! Not much else I can say here...
12.)Is there going to be instanced zones?
I beleive so...but am not completely sure.
13.)What are the limitations of the game engine? (scripted events, monster/npc AI, quests)
This is a very "sticky" question. After researching many engines, we came across BigWorld, an amazing engine. Of cource we knew it would be expensive, but it ended up to be $20,000-25,000, which was just to expensive. So we are now using realm crafter which is very advanced. RC lets you have scripted events/ very realistic NPC, quests, pets, and even your pets can have pets. We did not really want to use a game engine we could buy, but with money being a problem it was our only option. After we raise about $2,000-2,500 we plan to drop RC and make our own engine coded in C++, or maybe even wait and buy BigWorld...
