Well... would we be allowed to use a bot other then SCAR, and if not, how would you know if we were using a non-SCAR bot?

ya i know. i will try my best to start at best time for everyone. and i will have a time counter so everyone knows exactly when it starts.

This is the "Battle Of The Bots," not the "Battle Of The SCAR Scripts," isn't it?

To be completely honest, I don't really bot at all. I don't play RuneScape, but for a competition like this, I am merely wondering if we are allowed to use a bot other then SCAR?

no you cannot use other bots.
you can use any script from here.

I think what he means is: There are lots of time zones represented, so if I take a screen shot of my account "winning" with my computer clock saying 4:00pm, someone else may have "won" at 6:00pm in a different time zone. But the competition had been going on for the same amount of time, you see?

Also, the computer clocks are adjustable...easy cheating?

Besides, it would be unfair to the people over here who use other bots which might be even better. After all, it's called Battle of the Bots, and not battle of the scripts

Huh? unfair? How? Everyone will be on the same page of the competition... if the Jr. competitors shouldn't know how to script, then you have enough time to search for a decent script on the forums and use that for your bot... I am only asking for enough time for everyone to get the chance to write a little script which completes the task... How is that unfair??

hmm, i have read your comments and, ok you can use other bots.
i will NOT be giving out the goal ingo before it starts. if you want a scripting competition enter yourself in one not a botting comp.
