Thats right, the most you can get from 100% EP is four drops and to get back up to 100EP you have to wait in hot zone for 2 hours. So its not entirely efficient.

Sure you may get unlucky, but it definitely is going to get nerfed very soon. Well, at least Jagex says so so that maybe in another month. People have gotten 12m in a hour and you could to - if you were lucky. People have no problem making 1-2m a hour and its not like you are making money already in the game, you are CREATING one million gold a hour. And a lot of people are doing 26king.

If you look at the graph on [http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Grand_Exchange_Market_Watch] you clearly see on the graph that a huge spike happens around the middle of June 9 to July 9th, and look at when PvP drops were introduced ... on June 16th.
