    The instructions are usually on the same thread you download the script from...

    If you want MSI, the setup guide is here.

    Again, you have to look in the scripts section to see if there is an autofighter. Then, you open that thread, and follow the instructions set by the person who wrote the script.

    I understood that the script opened SMART and logged you in. I don't know what you meant after that.

    w000t cat,

    The script supplied in Coh3n's main post was simply put there to make sure that you have Smart, SRL, and Simba set up properly. To find an autofighter, or whatever other script you might need, check out the public scripts section (SRL-Forums -> Development -> Public scripts) and find a thread with the script you want. Open it, fill out the necessary information, hit run, and hope it works.

    Green was something saved when you last saved the Script. Yellow is something you changed but hasn't been Saved. Also please don't double post at the lower left side of your post is the edit button please do use it. It looks alot neater to read and keeps to forums clean. Not to mention that double posting is against the forum rules.

    There's an "Disable SMART" button on the bottom left. You may have to Enable and Disable it a few times before you can type. And what script are you using that doesn't log you in?

    Well if you told us which ones you're trying to run, maybe we can help you. You could also post your player setup or give us a more detailed description of what it's actually doing.

    w000t cat... We can't really help you when you don't even know how to tell us what the problem is... Right now all you're saying is "it wont log in". There could be lots of different things that's causing this:
    1. You didn't enter username and password correctly / at all.
    2. You are running a script that's outdated causing a runtime error after calling SetupSRL; or something
    3. Probably some more, like script doesn't log you in / runescape is not in safe mode..

    I suggest reading some tutorials on how to setup runescape for autoing.

    I just removed that part of the guide, seeing as I can't find a link to the .zip anywhere. Thanks.

    To double check, open your Includes folder (Simba/Includes/) and make sure there is an SRL folder and a Reflection folder.
    I checked but i did not find any SRL or Reflection folder.

    What should i do? sorry if this already has been asked but im to lazy to search.

    Have you gone to:
    View -> Extensions
    Then a box should come up.
    Click Reflection.sex and click the little tick box
    and do the same for srl.sex
    a little box should come up with a update button at top for each of them, click it

    got:

    [Error] C:\Simba\Includes\SRL/SRL/core/globals.scar(377:21): Unknown identifier 'DTM' at line 376
    Compiling failed.

    when I input the program you suggested after initial installation. What can I do?

    Make sure all of the extensions are highlighted green. If so, restart Simba and try again, please.

    But it automatically updated, did it not?

    I'll have to search for the updated downloader. I remember having trouble finding it earlier for some reason.

    Red face Here's an odd one

    Nice guide, worked quite nicely, although unless I am going blind I don't see any mention of how to setup msi (as the title suggests)

    But that's not the issue I'm concerned with. Unlikely anyone else will actually encounter this, but just in case:

    Tried this on a clean machine (in a virtual machine). It had java installed BUT I had never actually loaded RS on it. Ever.

    Simba would crash and burn when trying to initialize smart every single time.

    On a hunch I loaded RS once in IE, ran the auto-config (not sure that part was required). After that everything worked like a charm.

    Here's the code (taken from this thread):
    Simba Code:
    program new;
    {$i srl/srl/misc/smart.scar}
    {$i srl/srl.scar}
    {$i reflection/reflection.simba}

    begin
      SetupSRL;
      SetupReflectionEx(False);
    end.
    Never ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly".

    Oh yeah good call. I'll add that to Common Problems. I'll also make the MSI part a little more obvious.
