Go into your simba folder. The includes folder, then MSI. Delete the player.txt file. You will need to reenter your player info and what scripts to use but thats the fix

I'm trying to teach people how to figure things out by themselves, and not ask questions that are clearly answered on the first post.

Oh I agree completely, just glad I noticed you do this instead of handing out answers. I have been attempting to be more helpful with the community until I can manage to grasp scripting, so I will begin pointing to the answers instead of handing them out. Hopefully helps with the leechers

Reflection has been broken for a long time, so I don't know where you got that script, but it should have been in the outdated section.

Try running Simba through the command prompt through Wine (if you can do that). That way, when it freezes, the console will give some more information.

My VPS is currently down (I guess that's what happens when you buy cheap servers) but I'll try that as soon as it comes up.

after ~20 mins the terminal showed me:

wine client error:1f: pipe: Too many open files
wine client error:38: pipe: Too many open files

note: assuming that the SMART client might be bugging in combo with WINE i tried running Simba in combo with Firefox to run RS without WINE(for which i had to create a strange symbolic link before Firefox finally saw java) but the selection tool didnt work properly and somehow, i think, selected the Simba client itself, and the script started typing my RS username and password into the code of the script itself LOL

another note: i can give access to my CentOS if that could help

You don't need WINE, that's only if you are on Linux or Mac.

Wut?:L I completely removed simba, and reinstalled with this tutorial, and i still git this. Suggestions? Btw, not sure if it helps, im tyring to use the "Seers Village Magics" that was there when i downloaded simba.
