    Yes, they are using Death as the character "Death"... like the guy with the scythe and the hood.

    No, death isn't a person's name. Unless you're referring to death as the Grim Reaper, then you could capitalize it.

    I think it depends on how you are referring to death...like mormon said, if it's Death, the character, then yes, that is his name. But if it's just death, as in dying, then no.

    I believe(you don't have to take my word for it) that it is using "Death" as a name... because it uses the pronoun "thou". I think that "thou" is only used for people/diety.

    Yea that's what I think, I'm putting Correct.

    You have to remember they use 'Thou' as if it was a person, i.e. The 10 Commandments.
