Thanks, but majority of voters chose a complete rework of scar, are you planning on working on that, or were those false hopes.

-_-" Hmm, you disabled the "Single Window" option?

I got an error report about that, trying to figure out what the problem it, though the bug doesn't really make sense...

I'm making preparations to start working on SCAR 4, however, some stuff has happened in the meanwhile, before I start working on SCAR 4, I'll have to finish SCAR 3.22 which will feature a brand new OCR which I originally wrote for SCAR 4 but never finished. It however can do about as much as the current one does, but faster and better. This was voted for in favor by the developers team, 3.21 was released to give them the time to integrate the new OCR into SRL once it's available in the pre-release repository.

did you happen to change the behavior of SCAR opening? I seem to remember being able to open scripts from outside of SCAR and having them open in the first window, but still being able to manually open another SCAR from scar.exe and it would be in a seperate window. I may be hallucinating, but i think not.

Close ALL open SCAR 3.21's => Open new SCAR 3.21 => Go to Tools => Go to Options => Go to Instances => Go to Use a single window => and now uncheck the checkbox (from True to False). => Close the SCAR 3.21 (so the change will be saved - just to make sure it will) => Try now!

yes, but opening a script from somewhere such as windows explorer will open a new instance instead of being in the same one.

I think there is a bug that needs fixing. When I use TypeKeys or SendKeys it sends numbers as their symbols eg. I say TypeKeys('a1234') it does 'a!@#$'

Yeah I have this problem also, although it's called sendkeys .

    It's relevant information.

Perhaps you could try using the prerelease of SCAR. You can follow this [www.villavu.com] tutorial

Hmm, relevant yes, but like a ton of people have already reported that bug, it only occurs for some keyboard layouts and it was already fixed ages ago in 3.22 beta
