I have recently been banned from SRL for a duration of one year.

I have been accused of a few things:

1. 'Hijacking' an Account
2. Script Selling
3. Claiming to Be SSRL
4. Cracking Passwords

Let's explain these, shall we:

1. Well let's take a look at it. I did not hijack it. I did not change the password either. This is what I did. I required his password to do a test of moderator permissions on ZaszMedia. I realize now, that I could have made a testing account but I was not thinking at that time. But I have just made a testing account so that I can use it for any further tests. So he gave me his password, I logged in to ZaszMedia, tested the permissions, then logged off. After that, I decided to see if the password worked on SRL. It did, so I just looked at 3 threads, then logged off. That was the only time that I was on the account (on SRL). That's all that happened really. I would also like to not put any burden on Richard as he has done nothing wrong, he just gave me his password so I can test things. It is I, that have done something wrong, for I am the one who logged on and viewed a forum I should not have access to.
2. This accusation is pretty failcake without any proof. I have no idea where Markus is coming from. I don't auto (well, rarely), and when I do I only use one script (Home's Flax Picker <3). I have also not made a script, so I could not sell any script that I have made. I could also not sell any script that somebody else has made because that is really messed up..I could make my own to sell if I really wanted to. I would love for him to go on MSN and do some explaining.
3. This is true, somewhat. I sometimes tell people I am SSRL when they ask me and then I say joking or jk or something along those lines. I am not SSRL as I believe I am a bit immature to be in it. Whoever believes that I am must not know me that well. My personality is just being a joker. Sorry if that offends you.
4. This one is also untrue. I have not attempted to crack any password other than my own (unsuccessful btw, took to long). I believe Hobbit was the one who brought this up. He believed that I was trying to crack his password because I showed him an image of an MD5 of his password. I didn't do that...I simply took it because I was doing some work in phpmyadmin and just decided to screenshot it. Only thing I was trying to crack was my own password and a 3 char string that Hobbit gave me. I think I cracked it, but don't remember lol. But I was just trying to just learn how to brute force it, and it worked. But that's all I have to say about this. I didn't attempt to crack any passwords at all (besides mine).

Also, after thinking a lot about everything after I have been banned, I came to the conclusion that I did a bad thing by going on his account and viewing some threads that are above my access level. I know that is morally wrong. I have apologized to him and he has accepted it so we are cool now (me and Richard).

I would like to extend this post to an apology to the people it may have offended (SRL, maybe ). I am not very good at apologizing, but I do not know how else to word this.

SRL was a part of my life. I am not saying that I have no life/am a nerd, but I loved it. It's an awesome forum, and I loved going to the 'Scripting Help' forum. When I found a new thread there, I jumped right on to it to try and find the problem and solve it. If you take a look at it I have quite a few posts there (maybe 3/4 of my posts). It's also a great place to receive help as well! I am very serious when I said all of the above. I am on SRL a lot every day. That's why I have a lot of posts per day (yes, maybe some is spam).

But I really have to get this out of my system. I am sorry. Can't find any other way to express it. I just am very, very, very, sorry.

I have just thought about it and I am going to try very hard to not spam and post only useful posts. The occasional 'Gratz!' might be posted by me though, but everybody does that . I will also be trying to be much more mature. As I look back at my actions, I deem them very immature and I didn't know how immature I was until now. So I am going to attempt to be more mature.

Anyway, as for Da 0wner doing more bad than good, I disagree. He has been a great to help to me, and many others I'm sure, in various things (mainly dealing with scripting). Most of you don't realize how great a coder he is just because he hasn't made any RS scripts (he happened to be working on one at the time of his ban). He has been mainly a positive influence, albeit a bit stuck up, despite his curiosity that eventually got him banned (going on another's account). The other claims (Script Selling, Hacking) don't seem to have any proof...

1 year. In my opinion, it's a bit too harsh. If the claims of Hacking and Script Selling turn out to be false, I'd say a couple months would suffice, no?

As you can see by the pictures, Da 0wner did do it and claimed to be ssrl, not followed by 'jk' or 'joking' but followed by 'dont tell anyone', unlike he said.

I trusted and STILL Trust da 0wner like a brother, did you guys check ip's, did you make sure no one was on his account? He let me go on his 116 when ever i want, hes just a good person. Please make sure, 100 % that Kyle, was on "Richards SRL Account", and not just da owners account. Some one may of hacked da owner.

Yes I checked IPs and he admitted to it. Also if you judge someones trustworthiness and character by how they judge yours and by them letting you onto their pixel man, I'm sorry to say but you have a poor choice of character.

I warned kyle (Da 0wner) that some of the things he was doing over at Zasz were unethical and would probably become out of control and end badly. But he decided not to heed my warning and they did become out of control and did end badly.

Da 0wner did something he knew was wrong and basically committed fraud. He deserves this punishment.
