5-10 minutes and you will never get any randoms so prob wont get flagged...
Infractions, reputation, reflection, the dark side of scripting, they are.

That's not necessarily true. On SOME scripts, you can run for 10 minutes per player without ever getting randoms. But those scripts are generally fighters, where you aren't doing anything that triggers randoms.

Clicking on the minimap doesn't trigger randoms (walking). Attacking monsters or walking around on the mainscreen doesn't trigger randoms. However, chopping wood, mining, fishing, burying bones, and cooking food all DO trigger randoms, so you should expect to get randoms on any script that does those things, even if you limit your time per character to 5-10 minutes.

The length of time to run a script depends on the number of characters you have. If you have 20 characters, you can probably run 24/7 without worrying about it. If you only have 2 characters, doing that will definitely lead to bans. If you have 4 as you said, then I would limit it to 3-4 hours, but maybe more would be okay. Maybe up to 8 hours or so could work, but I would rather have a couple more characters in the loop to attempt that.
