Something to make your day
I'm in a class where all swedes play WoW.
I have played WoW before and liked it.
I bought the entire WoW pack with : WoW (lvl 60) TBC (lvl 70) and Wotlk (80) and a 2 month pre-paid GameCard, all for 124$ (900 SEK)
I didn't know that you could get 'reffed' by a friend and get a free 10 days, with WoW (lvl 60) you got 40 days, now combine that with the GameCard you got 70 days, right?
So now the fun part begins.
I play the game to lvl 12 and get myself into a nice guild, they help me level and whatnot.
I turn off my laptop and go to sleepz.
Wake up and try to logon and get an message saying that my WoW account has been turned into a Battle-net account, I'm all like WTF?1 (Since B-net accounts are free..)
Before I had played the game I had installed it, ofc, and when I was waiting I was looking for addons for it, I find something called FishGlider (Glider is a bot name for WoW bots) and download it, I ran it and nothing happened.
Seems like it was a undetectable keylogger that the freaking Symantec AV on the laptop (School pc) didn't pick it up and next day it had been hacked into an battle-net account.
Long story but true and happened yesterday
Siggy is out, sry fellas :/
