What exactly is SCSS? How can I access it?

Its Shit Compare (to) ScarScape, which was made by sythe (?)
It can be opened from scar, and worlds can be switch'n from scar.

If I do remember right, scarscapes colours didnt change (?)

the colors dont stay the same, the only advantage is that a scar script can control which world your playing on, it can switch worlds and stuff
