Default Price and demand of Soft Clays

    The F--k guys,
I've been softening clay for weeks and selling max price which almost always instant sells.
Then yesterday and all of today, not a single bite?! I even tried selling at lowest price!
I got millions invested in this!

Stupid Jagex should stop fudging the market! Let it run its course! It would run smoother if they stopped trying to throttle prices.

Not really... Most of the time its Jagex crashing the prices because they are capping them. Before they did the trade limit and it was a lot easier to auto and transfer wealth, did you ever notice how stable the RS Economy was? We did all the dirty work, we were the labour force. People don't wanna spend days chopping logs to raise fletching because yew logs are at 500gp each and they don't want to pay that. At one point they were at 125 gp a piece and people would just buy them. Now a much lower supply and the same and/or greater demand means people do have to do that to get what they need. Part of the reason also why rs active players have tanked as well, cause now more then ever you need to be rich to do anything. That is why Jagex is muddle the markets to try to keep prices low without screwing it too bad to try to keep what people they have left. Well they should just let up on the autoing again and there you go, economy stabilized. Every economy, whether real life or MMORPG, there needs to be a larger labour force than the consumer base. Currently in RS this is not happen. It is like and upside down pyramid, which we all know is quite unstable.

Yeh well I miss botting like a nut and then transferring all that wealth to a safe account . And capping the prices on items is just BS, do you know how hard it is to buy pots of flour now?

I wish I got onto botting in the non-trade limit days, oh well. Whats a good clay softener script? Looks like good profit.

I bought almost 1 million bronze bolts for 2 gp for each of 10-15 different accounts before the shop updates.

I tried to buy bronze bolts this last week and managed to obtain a whopping 2,000 bolts.

And of course the price is still capped at 2 gp each, so nobody in their right mind would make and sell them.

BobboHobbo's clay softner. I think he is going to remove it because of the dropping price. He did say that in his post.

And code I feel your pain. I myself have 4k clays in bank and now if the prices drop anymore I am not going to spend time softening them. I will just sell the clays and never buy clay again
