Eh? Jailbreaking an iPhone or iPod Touch lets you essentially pirate apps from the app store, as well as test your own without spending $100 on a dev account. Also, it lets you do things like enable ssh on your iPhone and switch networks

Thats, the smallest feature of jail-breaking, the apps. The best things are the things that you can do with your phone post jail-broken, all the things that have been locked out.

Buckleyindahouse, i'm going to have disagree with you on very hard part, i have jailbroken ipod touches, iphone many times, it takes a very short amount of time.
