I only know blue ones on your cp at the reputation received list. That is just a sign somebody with 0 rep power tried to rep you or somebody with less then 2 rep power tried to de-rep you.

I don't think I've that option to view, let alone registered users. :/

hmm... I see no reason why you shouldn't. afaik it was always there. Checked it by logging out, and it seems that you need to have a certain rank for it. Don't you have that block with stats and such at the bottom of the front page?

    • Admin - 10 rep power max
    • Post divided by 1000 - 1 rep power
    • green boxes - 2 rep power

So I got 7 boxes and more then 2000 posts -> 16 rep power.

I've a drop down that says 'turn off stats' only on the left + on the right one that contains many links, but in the site area's part, none pertaining to anything that shows a list as you've posted, afaik.

That formula seems to be wrong. It fits everyone of the top, but people below it... hmmm......

That would mean members could have a higher rep power then admins. I somehow doubt my rep power is 8...

E: Just checked, I have a rep power of 5.

Gratz on 2k posts! Anyways, I remember seeing my rep power before (it's 1 >.>), but I forget where you can see it at? Someone remind me please? Anyways, so I'm guessing then that for every 1k posts you have it's +1 rep power added onto you? And every rank up you get is +1 also? That's what it seems to be so far. And MasterBB, did you calculate your rep power to be 16 by that table you posted or is that what yours actually is?
