Its in your scripting tools folder in

    Scar/Includes/SRL/Scripting tools

Its with a program called AutoColor Aid v2

Open it up--> open RS client and press F2---> The RS screen should come up---> Then click on the color of your object---> Go to colors tab (default tab is client)---> You will see R, G, B, X, Y, Z, H, S, L---> RGB is the red, green blue color values, X, Y, Z are the coordinates, and H, S, L is what you want. H is the Hue, S is the Sat and L is the LumTol (Tolerance)

I suggest you read Coh3n's All-In-One guide and go to the Advanced Section(if your up to advanced that is) and reading it. The link to Coh3n's All-In-One guide is found in my Notes thread

Hue and Sat : Hue(Also Known as Luminence) is how bright a Color is,and Sat(Saturation) is how Pure a Color is. In case you were wondering, to find this out use AutoColorAid V2 (as Fear said), its all explained in Coh3n's All-In-One Tutorial. It makes finding a Color much much more Accurate. MUCH MORE accurate xD

Just so you know, its asking for the Hue MODIFIER and Saturation MODIFIER. Not the actual HSL values.
