    Default Scar not working?

Umm, well I just a second ago I got Scar on my computer, Windows Vista.
I didnt install it, I got the SVN release through Freddys Repo.
    Then SVN'ed the Includes.
Now whenever I try to run scar it comes up with an error saying it cant find
    bassmidi.dll
I wanted to know what is happening and how can I fix?

    Cheers
    T~M

There's like a page worth of stuff on your error, mostly comments, but you might make use out of it.

I had got a problem with bass.dll. I downloaded it from the .dll site, ran the fixscar but nothing. Then I read a comment here(I dunno by who): download the portable version and use the .dll from there. Worked for me.

bass.dll and all other dll's that begin with bass are programs that let DirectX talk to your audio card. I have no idea what that has to do with SCAR, but it appears that fixscar is the only way to fix it. fixscar.exe is located in the root directory of your scar folder.
