    i solve it, but it takes for ever (like 2-3 min)

    i blame the dirtyness of the cube(those who try it for speed know what im talking about)

    Were you laying in your bed when you were doing this? And 2 in the morning!?

    I just solve one side on the Rubik's cube and call it quits.

    aha. I would try to do a speed solve with mine but i haven't used anything to make it turn easier. And now that i use my eastsheen other ones, it makes using that one horrible.

    I can't get below 1 minute 30, both with fucked up cubes and really smooth ones
    How long have you been cubing now?

    My fast cube takes me awhile cause its old and I got stickers that look white but are yellow/blue... I have a newer cube but its slow so I don't do it much, i should get new stickers for the fast one, anyone know where i can buy some?

    clean your new one. just get some lube spray and spray it in

    I tend to peel the stickers off and arrange them in colour blocks..

    i got one that was like 2:20 with some very harrowing parts that were slowing me down. You didn't even have to solve the top four corners!

    Nice, my time was around the 3 minute mark but that was with some miniature piece of shit I bought of eBay for 3 pound. I was really start to enjoy playing with it but all the stickers slowly became colourless. Just keep practicing and watching the speed solving videos on YouTube and I'm sure you'll beat 1m 30s soon.

    I normally don't even get that far, I get bored of it way too quickly.
