Scar installation problems

So I was following IceFire908's guide, and i created a folder called scar 3.23 Beta and svn checkout it, then i type in "http://freddy1990.com/svn/scarprerelease"
and it starts installing everything.

Then i get this error....

The operation failed.


I need help, i cant install the new scar.

The folder you created isn't read only is it?

This seems to happen a lot to people that have Norton Anti-virus software (there may be other softwares). Sometimes these programs will pick up the file fixscar.exe as a virus for some reason. I can assure you, it is a false positive.

* Just disable your anti-virus software and try again.

won't work unless you wanna go unprotected, because the second you turn Norton back on it'll delete it again. I had Norton and was getting that problem, if you do have Norton just delete it and get a free Anti-virus software, I went with AVG 9.0.

fixscar.exe isn't a necessary file.
So it will still work.
