@ mindgames- remove everything, every trace of SCAR and SRL and install SCAR 3.23 Beta and SRL open dev 415+ from scratch. Here is a guide to help you out.

Maybe you have a spyware in your pc

And what do you mean by

tried to get some help on SRL forums
Did you post this problem elsewhere on this forum? Or do you mean SCAR forum and wrote SRL by mistake?

BTW go to freedy's forum and ask there if you haven't already. Maybe they will be able to help or send freddy a pm from his forum. I don't think he comes here anymore. This is something we haven't seen before and I don't think we can do much All problems SCAR related that anyone has seems to get solved by

    Download SCAR 3.23 Beta
    But not in your case....

Hi, would you mind telling me the compatability settings you have applied for "scar.exe" (Default installation location: C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.22\)?

You can discover this info by right clicking on the executable (scar.exe) and selecting Properties from the context menu. A dialog should appear with several tabs, I want you to click on the Compatability tab. Next, take a screen shot of that dialog (Alt + PrtScr) and upload (Open Microsoft Paint, go to the Edit menu then click on Paste. Save the image as a PNG file) it to a viable image host so I can view it.
You may contact me with any concerns you have.
