    Default creating my own religion

hola, just because i am bored, i am creating my own religion, which is based off of my actual beiliefs(sp?). if you are personal about your beliefs, and dont like people telling you that your religion is wrong, do not continue .this is pretty much based off of agnostisism, LeVayan stanism, and catholisism

the goal is to move away with organized, worshipping religion, and move torwards on how you should live your life

    statements:
    - no diety to worship, at all

    - you can still believe in a diety, but worshipping isnt nessesary

    - if something can be proved with hard cold evidence, then it is true. this applys to any "creation story".

    - if there is no evidence to prove something(such as god, or creation) the beilever has his own right to believe what ever he or she wants untill "proved" otherwise

    - humans are just as good as animals. do not harm / kill any animal(same as below, rule 10)

    the bible:
there is no specific bible(as i do not want to write one lol), but i will say that if you chose to read on other one, such as the koran or holy bible, you must take into concideration of the mind state of a person in that time period, and that the writers wrote largley for entertainment, not to be accurate, and that most of the storys are just metaphores to explain what really happened

some basic "rules"(tooken directly from LeVayan Satanism
1.Do not give opinions or advice unless you are asked.
2.Do not tell your troubles to others unless you are sure they want to hear them.
3.When in another’s home, show them respect or else do not go there.
4.If a guest in your home annoys you, treat them cruelly and without mercy.
5.Do not make sexual advances unless you are given the mating signal.
6.Do not take that which does not belong to you, unless it is a burden to the other person and they cry out to be relieved.
7.Acknowledge the power of magic if you have employed it successfully to obtain your desires. If you deny the power of magic after having called upon it with success, you will lose all you have obtained.
8.Do not complain about anything to which you need not subject yourself.
    9.Do not harm young children.
10.Do not kill non-human animals unless you are attacked or for your food.
11.When walking in open territory, bother no one. If someone bothers you, ask them to stop. If they do not stop, destroy them.

i will add more later, and do not wish to have arguments in the accuracy or your actual beliefs, because i wont change it unless i actually do believe in it

    let the flaming begin, lol

Hahah that's awesome, I think all those rules are spot on. lol
The game has an unexplainable attraction that convinces the player they are having fun, despite the fact that all they are doing is performing repetitive tasks to increase their statistics. "The game is actually a graphical nightmare and its gameplay is simple at best. Yet something, perhaps by subliminal means, forces the player - against his will - to play the game, and to believe that they are having fun".

    Rule 11:

Me: *walks into classroom and sits at desk*
AnnoyingPerson: *enters and sits beside me* *tapping fingers*
    Me: please stop that
AnnoyingPerson: *ignores me and continues tapping fingers*
Me: *pulls out a cannon and shoots annoying person*

    That'll go over well.

    Contradicting ideas.
But what would a religion be without them? lol

Or for people who don't like the taste or texture of meat. Not every vegetarian is as such for moral reasons, you know.

EDIT: Although I do agree the idea of creating a religion is very daft.

i guess i should rephrase "creating my own religion". its more like putting my ideas into one, and sharing them with every one else

also bionicle, destroying isnt literally destroying them, its more of a mental state where they are "destroyed" in your mind, and basically just ignore them, or just be very rude and annoying back untill they stop, or someone else says to stop

I wouldn't really call it a religion, but actually "ways of life".
A religion usually contains god or some deity or having it to do around a deity.
But you clearly just mentioned it once, or at least - it's more like a secondary principal.

Religion basically revolves around a god (unless the religion says there is no god and it revolves around the no-god concept)

Other than that, if you were more serious, you could actually type all that in good grammar, including spelling and put it in some Philosophy forum.

    Good Luck. Gulp.

i know i should edit it for spelling and grammar, i was tired when i wrote that lol, but i think it would be called a religion, as it does support a god, just not one specific god, and doesnt force a worship

Not really because every religion was created does that make every religion daft or the idea/concept of it daft?
