Default advice on gp values and smithing stuff

I need a ccouple bits of help,
FIRST i need to be able to get my script to get Grand Exchange values from the runescape site.

SECOND I need advice on which gp value to use, high alch, gen store, specialty store or G.E. Prices to use. its for a utility script, (which i will eventaully work into a smithing script). it determinies which item (ie dagger or platebody) will be most cost efficent per bar since they all give the same exp value per bar (when its the same type of bar, or at least it was before that update ages ago).

THIRDLY I need a way to detirmine which objects I can make, Is there a SRL functiono for this, or will I have to create a function for this. Also needs to show how many bars used for each item.

FORTHLY would the pictures on the Grand Exchange section of the runescape website be sufficient for DTMs, or would the ones from searching in the in-game Grand Excange work isntead?

DTMs will need to be done ingame, as the ones on the website are 'perfected'.

And I sugges you check out smithing.scar
