keyboard help

i got windows 7 instead of ubuntu now, but if i pres shift and 2 i get " instead of the at sign. i tried changing location to united states english. still get the problem. no different.

holding shifh and pressing 1-9 consecutvily i get !"£$%^&*()

so only 2 and 3 are different :[

EDIT: i found the @ sign,. it is switch with the " sign. i press shift and ' to get @. help?

the keyboard owns, ive never had problems till now, and its not the keyboards fault. something in the computer

Reinstall OS. Don't mess up options. Or press Ctrl + Shift, see if that changes anything.

You got the wrong keyboard layout -.-

Click on the "FI" or in ur case the "EN"

lol, i went to locations for keyboard and changed it from UK to USA. that was b4 i posted though. i am at school so i cant try that this second any ways. and @I luffs yew. reinstalling wouldn't help. i had just installed w7 ultimate cracked.

and i didnt think of laanguage bar as something i would need. i thought that was for text to speech :P

EDIT: i found the spot i changed keyboard before, guess what. its uk again. i changed it to usa mroe than a few times wtf :[

EDIT2: ok, ther was a little option i never sued, that wat was kepping me from chaging it. also had to remove uk layout. its fixed now. finally :]
