yeah, i've got paypal and everything working, just to lift all limits, i have to confirm my details, which i'm told you have to be 18 to do

No, Im 15, I might have put a fake age (Was a while ago). But I have a debit card + checking account. Thats all you need.
No-limits are ok.
I do visit every 2-6 months
