Ranx and rany? = Random X & Random Y is how many random pixels you want to move your mouse from your final postition.

Ohh ok, to use MMouse(dx, dy, RandX, RandY); dx and dy are just like x and y in clickmouse and movemouse. RandX and RandY are randomness (in pixels) added to where it's going. BTW, if you didn't know, MMouse moves the mouse.

Mouse(mousex, mousey, ranx, rany, left); mousex and mousey are the same as x and y. ranx and rany are like RandX and RandY. left is whether it will click the left mouse button or the right (just like clickmouse). CMouse you won't need to worry about. Any more questions?
