    Question Help On Putting Something In My PC

    I am thinking of upgrading my peace O Shit pc. So I want to know if I can put these items into my pc without any problem running them.

    This is a old pc, don't judge xD

    Here are the 2 items I want to see if I am able to put in my pc:

    If you can suggest cheaper stuff that is better than this, Please go ahead and tell me! The cheaper the better!

    Don't think the card will work.
    Website says you have PCI and AGP slots (those are for video cards I believe)?
    The card you linked to uses PCI-E (PCI Express), so that won't work.

    Hmm, they do not make AGP Graphics cards anymore though :| I guess I am stuck.

    Neither of those will work

    Edit: Your computer is so old no point in upgrading it will just cost you bucket loads of money for minimal amounts of performance.

    Agreed. Make it a linux desktop/router/server/F@H and build a new one.

    I agree that upgrading you computer won't make the difference, he should be a new one. But why should he use Linux, that sucks...

    YoHo is right, that is what I meant, however he could there's nothing wrong with putting Linux on the new one too unless he is gaming. BTW try saying Linux sucks in #srl

    Your computer is almost exactly like mine; except mine is intel based and has more ram, a higher clock speed.

    Do what I'm doing; build a new computer. You can only upgrade your computer by a small amount, which will be expensive since old parts cost more.
