    Default Couple of Scripting Questions

    Hi, there are a couple of things that I need to know. First, what is the best way to make the script move a player to certain part of the mini map like it moves the player to the direct location, for example you wanted the script to go from the bank to some trees only a couple of clicks away how would I do that? Second, if I was going to want it to like have the script to click the flax on the ground to gather it, would I need to make a DTM or a find color? I only know how to make a DTM for the inventory items I do not know how to make one for items outside from the inventory.

    FindColorsTolerance(TreeColor, TPA, MMX1, MMY1, MMX2, MMY2);

    Or something like that, and then click in the center of that TPA. Naum has a tutorial about the Wizzy plugin, and he explains TPAs quite well in that. I'd look for TPA tutorials and try that.

    If that doesn't work, you can blind click and use RotatePoint (based on the MM to click), then Flag;, search for trees, if trees aren't there, then it's lost. You could look for symbol's, too.

    I'd use FindColorsTolerance for the flax, as well. A DTM wouldn't really work.

    Or just any color finding.

    Is this for Llyeta (or whatever)?

    I know three ways of map walking. The first is symbol walking, meaning that you're going to click map symbols like bank symbol, tree symbol, etc. It's the easiest but less stable option.

    The second is TPA walking, althought it's quite advanced. basically, what you do is you take the colors on the minimap that are closest to the ones you are looking for, split the points you found into groups of point and click one. If you are willing to go down that road, I could help you : just PM me.

    The third one is radialwalking, but I've never been able to make it work.
    I don't check this place often, sorry.

    Currently working on - Software Engineering degree. Thank you SRL for showing me the one true path

    I have used DTM's for walking, I find them quite good if the area has some static points that can be used, like rocks, trees, crossroads.
    There used to be something meaningful here.
